The owners need to check their staff. After an employee messed up our order for the 3rd time, he proceeded to slam the counter... with both hands and a lot of force. It scared my wife. She said it's not a big deal dont be mad. Then he rolled his eyes andslid the newest wrong coffee over without eye contact. If this is customer service, that place needs to close down. I never seena retail Dunkin represented in such a disorderly manor. The owners need to fire this guy.
