I actually don't get why this place has as many bad reviews as they do. I'm a professional driver and I eat Chinese food all... over the place. I came through Presque Isle and gave them a try. I personally thought that the food was pretty good. I haven'tbeen to the couple other Asian restaurants in Presque Isle so I can't compare to those. Short review: Prices don't match what is online, they are incredibly rude and screamed at us because two sushi rolls were... inedible, will give you the wrong sushi and used to be pretty amazing but now is a sorry excuse and is not worth a fraction ofthe price. It was the worst treatment I've ever received from a restaurant and I used to recommend it to everyone but I'm notgoing to anymore. Long review: Gave us the wrong sushi on one occasion but we considered it a simple mistake and didn'tcomplain. This last time though we ordered 4 different sushi rolls and lo mein and decided we'd never waste time or moneyordering from here again. 2 rolls were inedible. The mango in one was way past its time and the fish in another had a weird oderand looked and tasted bad. Pork lo mein had no flavor and was very dry. They only gave us 3 chopsticks which was the leastpressing problem. When we called to tell them about the sushi, the older woman working there screamed at us for 20 minutesabout how we were idiots and if we "thought" anything was wrong then we knew nothing about sushi and it was all our fault andhow dare we call them to tell them something was wrong among other insults. At this point we demanded a refund on the twoinedible sushi rolls due to their atrocious customer service and rude behavior. Lady just laughed at us and hung up. I wasplanning to order some to take home for lunch the next day but that interaction made me decide to never eat thereagain.. Prices don't match what is stated online too. This used to be amazing but in the last couple of months it has become ascam and tge food quality is either just okay or completely disgusting. Will never order from here again which is unfortunatebecause we'd order sushi once a week ever since they first started offering it. Read more
Quantity was great. More than enough. But, it was way too breaded for us. Got the family order with sweet & sour chicken. Overly... breaded....egg drop soup did not have a good soup base at all. Pork fried rice was greasy. Will not patron again. Sorry. Read more
I enjoy the sushi it's fresh and well presented at the moment they're only taking orders to go .
It is great place to eat at, lots of seating area, could hold a good size party; not impressed with the buffet will order from... menu next time; service was quick, friendly staff, very clean. Read more
I'm changing my review. I previously gave this place a pretty good review, but now, after eating there five times it's clear... there is a pattern of poor service and I'm done. (The service is actually consistently terrible. Even the owner is guilty, asshe's behind the sushi bar) Tonight while I was trying to decide what sushi I'd like to get the waitress came over and asked ifshe could "borrow my menu". She gave it to a couple who came in after me, let them order then brought it back to me. I had towait 15 minutes for this. (She claimed they only have two sushi menus and she needed it. I guess I don't matter??) Then aftershe brought it back she didn't appear for another ten minutes to take may order. And once I did order it took them over 30minutes to bring my appetizers and much longer to bring my main dish. When I let the waitress know that I didn't have a goodexperience she gave me a bit of an attitude and told me "sorry, it's been crazy (busy)". There were less than ten othercustomers total. These people take no pride in their work and don't give a **** about their customers. Very disappointing. Read more
Sushi is Delicious and Authentic. Best Sushi in Northern Maine. Try the Sunset Rolls or Las Vegas Rolls.
