I visited here on 2/27 around 9pm ordered large Macha Latte. As soon as she handed the drink to me and it was very light. And... this is what I got. Literally 1/4 or 1/3 is empty. I am usually okay with cup not filling full because of foam. But this was notright. I asked her its not full. She said thats how they make it without apology. Believe me. I have been going this dunkin andother locations more than 10years and this is first time I saw cup is served empty like this. And this is my first time postingreview regarding dunkin. I didnt post any review even the hot chocolate tasted like water. And she said she can make it anotherone but it will be same. I asked her I dont need new one and all I need is jusy fill up the rest with steamed milk and machapowder. Of course she made a new one same amount as the one she already gave me. I took it and when I tasted,both lattes were sobitter I had to go back again and asked for sugar. Either she doesn?t know how to measure milk and powder or she is using wrongsize of cup to measure. Honestly probably the most ghetto dunkin I've been to... Pulled in once and the sole employee of the night told me in her 8... hours there she wasn't allocated a break... Not only is that illegal, but it explains why the donuts were out of stock... Whoever manages this store need to get their act together... Can't blame the employee though, she was super sweet. Used to be really good, fell off with new management. Don?t even try to get food past 7, they always tell me the ovens are off... so I end up just going to one of the ones 5 mins up the road. Read more
Mediocre at best. Stopped in at 10am on a Saturday. 1 variety of muffins available (2 chocolate to be more accurate), 1 variety... of munchkins available (and only 25 of those). Drive thru was slow (probably having to check stock on every order). Just not thefast convenient selection DDs advertises. Read more
This Dunkin' is always so good at making sure their customers get their food quickly and exactly the way they want it. They went... above and beyond today. They were out of Vanilla Bean Coolatta Mix, so I replaced it with French Vanilla swirl. Amanda, who Ibelieve is the manager, thought my coffee looked too light so she gave me another shot of espresso for free just to make sure Iwas in love with my coffee. Thank you Amanda! Read more
Not happy at all! Went inside to order. Woman at counter said "ill b right with u" I was the only customer. She then took a... phone call. I over heard her talking about hours. She then looked at me and walked into the back, still on phone. She NEVER cameback! I stood there for almost 10 mins b4 I asked someone from drive thru to help me! No customer service! I normally have great experiences with this Dunkin? & their staff but today I told them my coffee was made wrong and the girl... laughed, shrugged and then walked away. It tasted like water and I had to throw it away after one sip. If I?m spending over $4on a coffee, I?d like it to be made correctly. So disappointing. Read more
