Stopped in and Reuben was cleaning floors. First I observed him making sure the wet floor sign in place. When I was heading to... the door he jumped in and opened the door for me with a smile which was not necessary nor was he right by it. Great price for the amount of pizza you get, toppings were spaced out evenly, and overall great pizza.
I was told the fishing license needed to have a $10 trout stamp on both mine and my wifes fishing licenses. We're both 65 years... old and therefore not required to pay for stamps. When i found this out i contacted casey's head quarters and was told theywould follow up. They did'nt, so. No refund, no apology, nada. I stopped going there and Kwick trip has probably more than $20bucks profit from me. And guess what? You can too. Read more
Unless it is a last resort, anyone who is not white do not go here. I feel that I was discriminated against when I went to this... store. I was clearly in line first while they were discussing some scheduling situation. The (I assume) manager and employee sawme standing there waiting to buy my bag of chips. A Caucasian man proceeded to ignore the fact I was waiting in line and wentright up to the counter and was serviced immediately! They are racist. Do not go here! It is all on camera and they know theywere wrong. If you choose to be racist that is your choice, but it?s dumb to not service someone because your losing out onmoney! Store seems to always be clean when I've been there. Of all the pizzas I have had here I have never had a dud. So far I haven't... run into any real rude or bad staff members. I've mostly been there when the older employees are working and they are extremelynice and friendly. Pastries are good. I have only had one or two subs there because there is a really good sub shop rightdowntown Preston. Read more
Horrible customer service almost every time I go here. Wrong cigarettes sold to me. Try to politely ask if more pizza besides... supreme will be coming out, (hands thrown up and down rudely told NO! ) had been more than an hour since I was just there andstill ONLY had Supreme pizza. Like it's really that hard to make a pizza! I make them all the time on a smaller oven. Literallytakes up to 20 minutes and that's being nice, if ovens been on. Should only take 10! Read more
Used to love the pizza, subs, and wraps. Now not so much, they are sloppy, the veggies are never fresh, and the customer service... is lacking big time. I've sent several emails in hopes things will get better, they have not. So disappointed with Casey'sGeneral Store. Read more
