This visit was the worst! After ordering a cheese burger and chicken sandwich while being on the road for days. I got to the... truck to find my cheese burger literally had NO MEAT! I thought, in a hurry I'd do the right thing and at the very least letthe manager know.... he offered to replace it, to which I informed him we were already pulling out of the parking lot unable tostop due to timing. His response was a sound of some kind and to HANG UP ON ME. Fantastic customer service skills by themanager himself at this location ???? wonder how his employees are treated or treat others?!?!? The Prestonsburg McDonald's is by far the best in our area, the service was prompt and the fries were fresh.
Service was fast...the order was correct..the food was well prepared and of excellent quality...I can't ask for any more than... that...good job guys!!!! Read more
Absolutely the worst mcdonalds I've ever been in. I waited 12 mins for someone to even acknowledge me and a lady walked in... started to talk to the manager and them wouldn't take order took hers. I've heard a lot about this store and it's true. Sad andnothing will be done because it seems to be the norm. I will be also contacting the franchise management company to complainmore. Read more
Was here earlier in the day. The guy at the speaker didn?t give us a second to even speak. Then I came at 11:30pm to get food... after a concert. It says they close at 12am. Both an older woman and a guy were cleaning the counters and had clearly takentheir headsets off. 6 cars were waiting for someone to take their order. HORRIBLE. So lazy. Read more
Again... These locations need to start having a little pride in their work. I just got handed my money back because the employee... couldn't handle the request for fresh hot fries. I watched as old fries were dumped in with the ones I just requested.... Ifyou are going to pay these prices... demand better. Read more
Stay away from this McDonald's (pictures to be posted to support why). I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe and McRib. It came to... over $10 for these two sandwiches. What I got was a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, tomatoes completely left off, with what looks likedisgusting wilted lettuce and cheese. The McRib was lovingly tossed into a dirty 10 piece chicken mcnugget box that looked likeit had been dug out of a trash bin there. Just look at the pictures and go anywhere else. Read more
