The hardest working teenagers I've ever seen.
I waited a *long time 15 mins in line outside after ordered Coffee ! Coffee was not warm or hot coffee and taste was WEAK... COFFEE???? I requested to the server by the window to change my ???? just warm coffee but REFUSED THÉ MANAGER CAME AND SHEAGREE WITH THE STAFF THAT WILL * NOT SÈRVE ANOTHER COFFEE. So I told them : TAKE IT BACK BUT REFUSED IT and *CLOSED THEWINDOW???? on me !!!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE ????? what happened to the *GREAT SERVICE of McDonald?s?? ????? Nice people very clean but no rest room they are locked
It was evening and the team seemed to concentrate on the drive thru orders only and took quite a while to get service at the... counter. It looked like the employes we're very overwhelmed by all the orders that they had to process and to me it looked likemanager was having a hard time directing his team through the rush. I understand being busy and short staff but at leastacknowledging the clients at the counter would have helped rather it felt like the clients inside we're being ignored. I pity the franchisee. The manager decided to close the dining room last Friday. He refused to serve me. Say what ???? So they... lost a sale, and I will forever avoid that particular location. How stupid can you get ? Read more
