Good food, decent service. There's not a lot of places around that are worth it. So this was technically the best option.
Eat here only if you don't mind waiting a half hour for a basic order. The food was fine. The service was horrific. If you... really have to go here, use the drive-through. They seemed to prioritize those customers far above the dine-in customers. Read more

The KFC in Price Utah absolutely needs to learn how not to overcook the chicken. Bought an 8 piece original and brought it home... and the only edible piece was the breast after removing the overcooked skin from it. This is 2 times they have screwed us. I love kfc. This location has terrific employees. One problem though, the thighs were pink. I eat here frequently and haven't... seen this before so hopefully they'll fix whatever needs fixing. If you want extra crispy call ahead or order online. I'm notsure why but every kfc I've been in (approximately 10) always runs out of extra crispy! What the heck? I occasionally come to Price for work and stay in the Ramada just across the freeway from this KFC. Every single time I visit I... go to this KFC thinking I surely will have a better experience than I did the last time I was there. After 4 or 5 badexperiences I have now learned my lesson. I have never visited this store and gotten what I wanted. Literally every time Ivisit they are all out of something. Either crispy, dark meat, tenders, etc. And I never visit that close to closing time. They just always are out of the very food they're supposed to be famous for. And they never really seem to give a rip thatthey're out of chicken. I mean come on - I have never in my life visited a McDonalds that told me they were out of hamburgers. How can this KFC consistently be out of chicken? It really is ridiculous. Read more
