I ordered a chicken caesar salad today this is what I got. All the dark lettuce had gone bad, and buried under romaine. I also... got a huge stem from the romaine. NASTY! Seriously folks. I loved?? the fresh hot food.???? But, on the way into the parking lot I thought I lost my car to a sinkhole,???? but it was... just a pot hole.???? I guess all the ice and snow in the winter is taking its toll on it. ???? Hopefully they fix the drainageand the parking lot soon. ???????? Read more
Love the food but costumer service could use some work! We where not greeted as we where standing waiting to order for 5-8... minutes. I said thank you more than 3 times as our drinks where slammed down. And as we are still waiting for our food to bemade the girl walked but me as she was putting orders in the pick up. No acknowledgement or reassurance our food was on its way.No communication what so ever! What actually happen to costumer service?? Great tasting food and I consistently have good customer service. It?s just frustrating how inconsistent the closing hours are.... More than a handful of times now I stop to get a burger and they?re closed 1-2 hours before listed closing time. Also, it?d bereally nice if the dining room was back open. Read more
Been to Different Wendy?s locations all over the country. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Food quality was... horrible both times. Order took FOREVER. Was told ?you?ll just have to wait? and the entire staff was goofing around like theywere on their high school lunch hour. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Read more
On our way to and from Green River, this location was our stop as it served best fries and nuggets! Fries were crispy, on... another level when compared to other chains that can?t get the basics right. An excellent stopover on your way to Moab. BestWendy?s branch in Utah! Staff is awesome too!
