I'm a OTR truck driver with my companion Gunny. He's not a service dog. I'm not going to lie just to get the paperwork, I have... integrity. I walked to this location for something different to eat then what's normally at the Love's truck stops. Theemployees refused my entrance to purchase a to go dinner. One at the door actually put his hand up to forcibly stop me if Iwould have continued. The other behind the counter told me no dogs unless a service dog. Side note: It's your business youhave the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I stand with you on this right. But you need to train your employeesthat the customer is the reason your in business. If you have a policy that I'm breaking, provide a solution so you still getmy business. They gave me no reason to go back to any Burger King again. Just not worth my time or money to deal with so muchdisrespect and hate. There's enough in this world, I don't need to go looking for it. Went to the drive thru and ordered our food. We were traveling so we were able to eat right away. The burger had been sitting... for awhile. It was dry and they didn't microwave it very long since it was barely warm. The onion rings were good and the frieswere fresh and hot. Quality food must be a thing of the past. Read more
We waited about ten minutes for the food. The biscuit was hot and hard asa brick. I couldn?t eat it and the young lady in the... window was already looking irritated.
