This a stop off the 15 S heading out of Vegas back to Cali. The food was great. However, my order was filled incorrectly. When... the error was reported to the staff they did not attempt to rectify it. I felt rushed and disregarded. Granted it is a busylocation and I respect that. We stopped at this McDonalds almost at midnight. There was only one person working there it seemed; he seemed bothered or irate.... We didn?t get our fries and we asked for ketchup and he gave us a dirty look-probably because he knew he purposely didn?t giveus our fries. I don?t know what is wrong with people in the fast food service industry but it?s gone down the drain. We?re onvacation and we get this kind of behavior. He gave us the ketchup with attitude and we were still being polite and notcondescending. Read more
Having kiosks doesn?t mean you don?t have anyone at the counter. You hardly get any service here. And they?re pretty slow with... the order, although to be fair it was lunchtime. And with the mall now pretty much dead, it?s one of the few dining optionsaround. The dining area is spacious. Like how they have a sink outside the restrooms. Read more
I only had a hash brown when we stopped here and it was really good. It wasn?t very busy. You have to be careful in the women?s... bathroom the faucet closest to the stalls the water shots out and you get wet. Be careful when washing your hands. Read more
This musst be the most expensive, overrated , overrun McDonalds of all time. Long lines no parking spots and a lot of people... . This place was dirty as hell ! Most important they only have a limited menu and it's super expensive ! A lot of people stophere right before Vegas . Read more
good to stopover here at Mcdonalds for cheaper but quality premium brewed coffee and Sausage mcgriddle. One downside due to... covid is they dont offer free refill of coffee anymore. but their premium roast coffee is really good. parking is available. youcan shop at Primm outlets which is nearby. Immaculate and quick! Just kidding. It is pretty gross and slow. I am here waiting on an order I placed 32 minutes ago. There is... no line in front of me. The robot kiosks are all closed save for two of them for sOcIAl dIsTAncInG even though nobody cares. Thetoilets are gross, the sinks are gross, there is trash outside, there is trash inside. The food and coffee are fine. The problem I have is they always give me a handful of napkins which I don't use and then they... give me four containers of cream and I only use one. I tell them all the time to give me no napkins and only one cream and theykeep giving me a handful of napkins and four cream. So wasteful. Update: Since for some reason Google won't let me post anotherreview for this restaurant, I'm just going to add it to the one that I did 3 months ago. I'm a regular customer here and it hashappened a few times now that when I get to the bottom of my coffee there is a bunch of grounds left over at the bottom of thecup. There's nothing nothing worse than taking your last sip of coffee and getting a mouthful of grounds. Not sure what theproblem is but it needs to be fixed. Read more
