Ordered $50 worth of overpriced drinks and food, bit into my sandwich, and the inside was still frozen.
Honestly the worst customer connection of any Starbucks I?ve ever been too. I?ve worked at Starbucks and when I would mess up... someone?s order you make it right . So with that being said I ordered a venti oat milk latte and the barista punched in a grandeso I got a grande. When I brought it up to them they said if I wanted a venti I could go an pay the difference which is fine .But the fact that I had to get back into the long line just to fix something that should have been made right in that moment iskind of ridiculous tbh. This starbucks is cool, just busy but friendly service and pretty quick considering how busy it is. I wouldn't want to sit there... and eat, but I will and do go there every time I'm in the area. Convenient being that it's part of a gas station. Read more
