The staff at this location lacks basic customer service skills. They are understaffed, slow and behave as if all customers are... inconvenience to them. I ordered online and went to pick up the order in store, service was absolutely terrible. We walked inand were never acknowledge. We asked for napkins because of a mess made with the drinks, completely ignored. Another customerhad to speak up and tell them to give us napkins. Read more
It's a Subway with the normal Subway fare. However the staff here seem disorganized and relatively unaware of basic customer... service skills. Not welcoming, slow, little contact with customer when serving almost like they don't care or your interruptingtheir quiet time. Read more
Convenient location however, facilities plus customer service could improve.
