Food tastes delicious. Although I waiting 5 mins for the meal to be prepared. It was worth the wait.

I go to the orange juluis in the mall frequently and get a strawberry banana smoothie. I order, the same smoothie every dairy... queen/orange juluis location I go to and they're usually pretty similar, but at this PA location ... it's terrible. Not 1 time,but 2 ... no flavor and tastes like I'm just drinking crushed ice! I tried it again to be fair, but the 2nd time was worse thanthe 1st one. But for nearly $8 a smoothie ... not worth the waste of money. Read more

Went for a banana split. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Get to the drive thru speaker to be told they have no ice cream. Then... there's no passing lane so got stuck for another 12 minutes. 27 minutes spent for nothing. Put up a sign before ppl get stuck inthe drive thru line!! Read more

Consistency is key I suppose. Every single time the service is found to be severely lacking. The staff clearly does not care or... pay any attention to detail and it shows. Dairy Queen doesn?t not hold to standards or take pride in their service. Do better.Be better. Read more

We ate inside. They forgot my burger. Brought my daughters and wife's meal and I sat and waited. I thought they were going to be... right back with it but no. When they brought my toddlers cone which they also forgot, is when I mentioned if my burger wascoming. She then had to take my receipt to the back for some reason. Maybe just new staff but who knows. Anyway, the meal andice cream made up for the slow service.
