When you order $50 worth of food, go to pick it up and they dont even bother to make the order after you say 2 times you are... waiting and watch them serve 3 people after your order, you dont get a 5 star rating. Total wait time- 30 minutes for an orderthat should have been ready for pick up. Then they give you cold, old fries.... So very disappointing. Read more

When using the debit they have it set for $5 tip for every order!! And the bathroom was disgusting and zero paper towel. Hate... the fact they yell to the cooks ur order and tell them about the tip which u had no choice but to give. So does that mean urmeal gets treated different if no tip? Skip the dishes guy in there chatting it up for a long time while food was already in hisbag. Disrespected some people that were short on their order for food. This was my first Fatburger experience and OMG everything was absolutely perfect. There were so many options to choose from but... I went with a bacon and cheese burger with all the good stuff, sweet potato fries and a lemon aid. The fries literally melted inmy mouth, the burger was the best I've ever had. The service was excellent, efficient and very professional. Highly reccomendto try it if you haven't yet. Read more
