The service is generally good but the a large amount of the staff and severely under trained. I've had to have a friend who... worked at previous starbucks in Calgary correct them almost every second trip because they don't understand how to properly makethe beverages. Read more
Worst customer service ever. I also work at Starbucks and I know how everything works. I ordered the chai Thai and it was the... worst one I ever had .. I told him to remake, firstly he doesn?t sound very happy and then after some argument he finally getsready to make a remake but still it tastes disgusting.
