Fast service as usual, it's like that's the priority over all. I couldn't even finish looking through the muffins and goodies... displayed in front of me without being rushed, called on to make my order or asked what I was ordering. Yes I understand pplwant quick service but not all ppl want that. I will give 0 if I can . I always go for steep tea at night , but the guy in the drive thru he always mix steep tea with the... coffee , I don?t know why he do this , and it happened with me every time. Read more

I was so disappointed by the service. I paid $3.54 for a large drink. When it came to the window, i asked if i could have it... filled. I was told no, this is how it is measured. It wasnt a full cup. Why wouldnt you want to serve a full cup if someonepays for it and makes a point of pointing out that you arent really serving them a full drink. I dont eat any food from TimHortons either. Everything tasted and smells the same, like the cardboard it is all shipped in. The coffee gives you heartpalpitations if you drink it for too long. Read more

I rushed during lunch to buy my sis who?s in hospital & myself lunch. They messed up my order & I was at work when I saw, I paid... for one lg & one med Chili & one lg & one 1/2 bun & they made both chilies & both buns 1/2 a bun!! How disappointing when I getback to work & realize I paid for more than they gave me & no time to go straighten it out!!!! How hard is it to get a writtenorder right!?!? The service is fast so maybe take a breath, slow down a tad & get the orders right! This is not the first timemy order has gotten messed up too. Read more
