The waitress was nice, but not very accommodating. Ordered Chicken Alfredo, but it was very dry. Would not bring me extra sauce... without charging an outrageous price. She blamed it on "manager". Our food was delivered to us, so I am only able to rate Applebee's regarding the food itself. It was absolutely delicious, and I... highly recommend the fish, and chips, the shrimp and their cheeseburger. Ordered their signature Burger. Burger not bad, fries cold, their so called add chicken wings (glazed chicken nuggets) COLD.... Usually when you get your food the server asks, "How's your food?" That didn't happen. So they wanted to discount me $3 off mymeal. I just wanted to pay and leave. No wonder this franchise is circling the drain. Non of this was under the control of thebar maid and yet she got an attitude with me over the bill. This was between me and the Manager. Sheeze... I guess she wasprotecting her boyfriend. Look... Chewy weird chicken, 20 minutes to get a margarita that was AWFUL. Another 20 minutes for silverware & app plates. Given 2... napkins for a party of 7. To go order was missing onion rings & the ham on the sandwich was slimy. Applebee's needs to startusing fresh ingredients. Highly disappointed. Read more

After waiting at the hostess stand for about ten minutes, we decided to just seat ourselves at a table in the bar. A few minutes... passed and the server came and took our drink order, she didn't introduce herself, but I think her name was Donna. Drinks cameout and then she was gone for quite awhile. She came back and took our order and it took about 30-35 minutes to get our food,the apps came out with the meals and someone else had brought them out. She had to be asked for a refill and then she never cameback to the table. We saw her chatting with the host and then trolling around the bar area. When she finally came back to thetable, she left too quickly for me to ask for a drink. We had to go to the bartender to get a refill on water. We asked for thebill and some boxes and that took another 10-15 minutes. Food was sub par, service was trash. First time in a very long time Ididn't tip 20%+ being in service myself. Applebee?s is a good and reliable place to go if you?re unsure about trying another new restaurant for lunch with an elderly... family member. The wait staff are friendly and the food was good. The menu does not change much so one can reliably order thesame thing or try something else. I love their big cocktails but I haven?t had one in a while. Was not busy when my wife and I came in. The server got out drink order and then our food order. Someone else delivered the... food. Server never came by to ask about refills or to ask if everything was good. I had ordered a side of broccoli, but it didnot come out. That was not her fault. I also understand that she had a customer who was trying to use online coupons and she washelping her, but I am sorry, she had to pass by our table to get to the other customer's table. Decided to go here after Outback was packed. I have to say our entire group was grossly disappointed. All the burgers and steaks... were over cooked. We ordered medium and medium rare but got fully cooked, tough to eat food. They need to hire or train theirkitchen staff better. Don't waste your money! Read more
