Wow, has this place gone downhill. The "grilled" chicken on top of my salad tasted like it had been cooked a week ago; dried up... & impossible to chew. Disgusting. The kids' mac-n-cheese was barely lukewarm (even though the waitress said it was taking solong because she was waiting for it to come out of the oven). Biscuits weren't warm enough to melt the butter. The only reason Igave 2 stars was that the salad itself (minus the chicken) and the kids fruit were OK. Read more
Sorry, I can?t help but feel like a Karen for writing this review. And I?m going to preface it by saying it might have just been... a bad day for them, or the waitress. But even still the experience has ruined the location for me so I probably won?t bereturning. I?ve been to this location time and time again and have never been disappointed before, this time however it wasdisappointment, after disappointment, after disappointment. While our waitress was nice and responsive, she was quite slow andforgetful. We didn?t have any silverware until over ten minutes after our meals came out to us, and we were missing most of ouradd-ons. Not only that, the pancakes were burnt and we hadn?t gotten a chance to eat them until after they had gone cold becausewe had no silverware. The overall experience was underwhelming and I don?t think I?ll be coming back for quite a while. Read more

The past several times we attempted to eat at Bob Evans you are either told they are short staffed so you have to order carry... out only or the service is horrible. The wait staff doesn?t want to seat or wait on tables. Only once did we good receive goodservice by a waitress named Robin and we tipped her $30.00. IHOP has much better service if you were interested in havingbreakfast style food. As a business owner we never try to complain. Just had enough of the nonsense at Bob Evans PrinceFrederick, MD. I never write bad reviews because I get it how things happen. But this is just pure not thinking. I ordered takeout and this is... how my ?side? of mashed potatoes were given to me. I have ordered takeout many times and usually mashed potatoes are in aseparate containers. Do better Bob Evans. Service had been going down hill since COVID. Makes me sad Read more
