I will never order from this place again. All of our orders were missing something and worst of all there was a big piece of... plastic in my daughters order. She?s 1 year old. To add to it, chipotle has now made it impossible to call the store or talk toanyone but a robot online. Definitely have gone wayyy downhill. I can?t explain my frustration. I?ve never wrote a review for any place but I am incredibly beside myself with this chipotle. I will never buy food from this... chipotle again. Bad service . The food is okay . When I walked in today they had a bowl shortage and proceeded to give me a lid with food -which... is half of a regular bowl( if that). I had ordered 2 bowls which was equivalent to about 1 bowl worth of food. And was stillcharged for full price for 2 bowls. On my way out I noticed that team members were eating with bowls which was odd consideringthere was a ?shortage? .
