Not sure why the location POURS splenda instead of using actual packets. I have been a regular customer since they opened but... the past month and a half no matter if I ask for 5, 4, 3 or 1 spendas, it is SO SWEET I canot drink it. I have started askingfor 3 packets and tonight was my final time of going to this location. I asked for 3 packets and got 4 and it was sickeningsweet. And the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Management needs to control this better and go back to using PACKETS asrequested by the customers. People diabetic controls blood sugars and paying 3.82 for a WRONG coffe is totally unacceptable. DO NOT HAVE ISSUES WITH OTHER LOCATIONS NO MATTER WHEN I HAVE GONE. Read more

I have given this place chance after chance to redeem themselves. They have proven time and time again they cannot read their... screens and prepare orders correctly. I have given them 10 minutes extra every time to give them some more time but either theymake the drink and don?t gather the doughnuts or vice versa. The customer service is terrible. I sit there trying to get someoneand they just pass me. Just like McDonalds service as far as I?m concerned. I normally don?t do reviews but I?m tired of thisplace. Read more
I try each time to give this location the benefit of the doubt. This store isn't even on my way to work - which means I need to... go out of my way. The staff is always preoccupied or distracted by one another, to the point where they don't fulfill your ordercorrectly but have the audacity to charge you for what they didn't deliver! Shut it down. Customer service and coffee are both rated 1. You never know how the coffee is going to taste. And you never know how the... customer service is going to be. Just sat in the drive threw to have the man argue with me about a flavor that THEY HAVE intactI had just gotten it two days prior. First experience at this dunkin moving here. My sandwich was cold and stale like it had been sitting out bacon was even... stale/chewy didn?t even melt the cheese either. The hash browns I ordered were literally one solid clump stuck together andsoggy. Didn?t toast my partners bagel with solid cold cream cheese on it. Didn?t have a lot of items available which isunderstandable but added to the issues. Read more
Took 15 mins to get a mobile order then the same gloves they use to take orders and take your money they use to get your donuts... and handle your drinks... very nasty Read more
