Subs were yummy in my tummy. The only suggestion I have is the front line folks should not assume that a customer has been to a... Firehouse Subs location before. Every sandwich shop is a little different, and I ended up having to amend my order because I hadnot been to one before. The feel of the place, at least at the counter, is very much like their competitors Potbelly, and I sawno guidance to indicate what the order process was. I guess I assumed the order process was going to be like that competitor,which is wasn't. Spent too much money 2 days ago for a mostly lettuce Club on a Sub....Also paid for extra bacon, not there and barely any meat.... Then paid $5.85 for mac & cheese and only got 1/4 of cup. Not only that but the cashier was beyond rude.
