You think anyone over the age of 3 anyone could use phrases like "yummy in my... tummy" without immediately dropping dead from humiliation and embarrassment if they weren't getting paid for it? Subs were yummy in my tummy. The only suggestion I have is the front line folks should not assume that a customer has been to a... Firehouse Subs location before. Every sandwich shop is a little different, and I ended up having to amend my order because I hadnot been to one before. The feel of the place, at least at the counter, is very much like their competitors Potbelly, and I sawno guidance to indicate what the order process was. I guess I assumed the order process was going to be like that competitor,which is wasn't. Spent too much money 2 days ago for a mostly lettuce Club on a Sub....Also paid for extra bacon, not there and barely any meat.... Then paid $5.85 for mac & cheese and only got 1/4 of cup. Chili tasted old and dried up. I called to speak to manager when Ireceived my order but she said no manager working. I was told manager would call me and no call yet. For someone who rarely gets these subs this will definitely be the last for a long time. The cashier sold me just a sub no... information on meals. Drink and chips. Not only that but the cashier was beyond rude. Iam standing where i need to make an ordershe seemed irritated immediately asked me if i needed something well yeah Iam standing where i order so obviously i need toorder. She rudely says" do u need something " i say" yes i need to order" iam trying to look at menu she then says " what uwant" i say "i dont see it on menu" she says "what is it" i tell her what i want no offers on a meal just takes my order. Great food, terrible and rude customer service. I placed an order on the app for curbside pickup. I arrived at the appointed... time and called to say I was there. The person on the phone said they'd be right out. 22 minutes later still no food, so Icalled again. Different person answered and said they don't do curbside service. What? (keep in mind I've gotten curbsideservice there at least a dozen times before) I explained that I ordered curbside on the app, which included providing my vehicleinfo, and the person I spoke to 20 minutes ago said they'd be right out. She responded with "fine!" and hung up on me. There'splenty of other places around here to get a sandwich that don't lie and aren't rude, they'll get my business going forward. Andif they truly changed their policy and no longer provide curbside service they need to update the app, and not say they'll beright out and then leave the customer waiting for 20+ minutes. This weekend was pretty awful. We have been there before and love them, however it was obvious they were grossly understaffed.... They only had two people working in the entire store. Its no fault of the employees for being understaffed they were stressedbut wonderfully plesant. It took took about 30 min to get our food with everything they had going on and because they wererushing our food was incorrect. These employees should not have been left at a lunch rush to handle things without more staff.Not only was our food wrong but more importantly treating your staff and leaving them without the proper tools to serve thecustomers is disheartening Read more

I am soooooo disappointed. I just ordered sandwiches for dinner tonight and I will never eat at another Firehouse Subs. This... medium sandwich cost $10.40. And it's not even worth it.
