Decided to eat in this time. Can't say I like ordering at the kiosk. It is very impersonal. Does it save that much money for me... to place the order myself? I'm reminded of self check outs at the grocery stores and Walmart. These are low paying jobs anywaywhy are we depriving people of a way to make a living? It's not like it's easier on the customer. Plus my fries were cold addinginsult to injury. Very disappointing visit. Read more
The food took about 20 minutes for a place that only had a few people inside and no one outside. And to be honest the person at... the counter reminded me of the most cliche version of a fast food worker in any show. They lacked interest and sounded like theywere bored along with the way they leaned against the counter to definitely show they were bored. And when we did get our food,they brought everything out in their arms, as though trays no longer exist? Like they have no idea how things operate? Oh andthings were missing from the bag, so that was fun to have to go get from the employee who definitely was too busy (they werenot.) So I mean, it's McDonald's, the food was exactly what you want from McDonald's, so at least there's that. Read more
Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes around 2pm. Ordered a 2C Deluxe Quarter Pounder value meal, large, with a Dr. Pepper and a... 2A Quarter Pounder, sandwich only. When I finally got to the window, had to wait while cashiers changed shifts. When theincoming cashier took over, he repeated two different orders (once after being corrected), neither or which was mine. Anotheremployee assisted when I repeated my order yet again, paid, and advanced to the next window. Finally got my order and drovehome. Instead of the Deluxe Quarter Pounder, I received a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Added to this insult, my Dr. Pepper tastedlike Club Soda and in my haste I forgot to ask why I didn't get the Buy One Get One For A $1 deal. FAIL! Read more
The young man at the counter who took my order could definitely use a few lessons in manners. I never got so much as a "Here's... your change", "Thank you", "Your order will be right up"... nothing. He did even bother to tell me how much I owed, he justdepended on me to look at the register a d figure it out. Dear McDonalds, Please teach your representatives some basic humaninteraction skills. I go to this McDonalds, only to remind myself why I should NOT! I get off work on some late nights and would just like to get... something to eat. A couple of weeks ago I went through the drive thru, waited?beeped my horn-went fully around drive through,twice-and saw no one in there! Trying to be a good citizen, thinking maybe something was wrong, I parked and watched! I did seesomeone in there and maybe it was just her, but at least acknowledge your customers and apologize that you are not open. I wentback through 2 nights ago and waited 20 minutes for a tough, stringy, chicken sandwich. Service seemed better when it was asmaller establishment. Read more
