Best Shepherds pie ive ever had

Our second time here! Service is good! Staff is friendly and helpful with the service! Had Cottage Pie and Fish and chips!... Would come back here just for that! Delicious food! They have a spacious dinning room and bar areas! Plenty of seating! Theyhave game room with dart boards and pool tables! TVs all around for movies and sports to watch! Read more

Arrangements had been made for about 30 people in advance. The restaurant only provided one server. She was excellent, but... people's orders were unable to be taken at once and orders came out sporadically. It would have been nice to have everyone eatat the same time. One server was not adequate. The spicy chicken sandwich that I got was not spicy, however it was good. Theserver was good. I just believe she was overwhelmed. The food is so good. I have come twice and ordered the corned beef and cabbage both times. The corned beef is finished on the... flat top so it's got a little crispy edge to it. And the red skinned potatoes are buttery and rich! The portions are generousfor the price. The place is clean and well kept. The servers are very nice . Ours offered to have a meal split and broughtout on two plates for our girls to share so I didn't have to hack away trying to divide a burger while my own food got cold. Iwill be back for sure! So happy to finally have an Irish pub in Calvert County, and the fact that their food quality is so perfectly on point makes it... so much better! I had the Steak and Blue salad, and will most certainly get it again. My daughter got The Dubliner and loved ittoo (I may have stolen a some bites because it looked so good; it?s a burger topped with caramelized onions and gravy, on top ofa heaping portion of mashed potatoes).
