Ordered carryout as we normally do. I have had the pleasure a few times of having Shawn as our carryout server. Each time he... has gone over and beyond to make sure our order is correct and also making changes and accommodating our requests. Food orderis always correct with him taking and filling the order. He?s always polite and respectful. Advised his manager what a greatemployee she has and saying it here too. Kudos to you Shawn for always making our Outback experience a pleasurable one. Read more
The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious! Our server/waitress was a sweetheart and she hustled! It was one of... the most enjoyable nights out that we?ve had in years! From the drinks, to the appetizers. to the salads and all the way downto the main course, our server timed it all out perfectly! My steak was cooked perfect and just the way she described it whiletaking my order! I went home and passed right out! It was a perfect night for me and my old lady! Damien, my server, made my birthday dinner fun. My steak was perfect and the rest of my food was excellent. What made tonight... post worthy was the care of the Manager. After dinner, I went to the restroom and left my phone on the table so they knew Ididn't skip the bill. When I returned, the Manager was standing by my table. He said he wanted to make sure no one took myphone. This was a busy Saturday night and I appreciated the care and attention when I am sure he had more important thing todo. Read more

Just got done working a 13-hour shift and I wanted a drink and a nice filet. Sat down at the bar there was three people sitting... there waited 5 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me asked her for some bread along with a drink. She brings me the drinkand then takes my food order. And then she gossips with the other waitresses instead of bringing the bread out finally the steakshows up and it's the wrong cut of meat so I sit there for 20 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge that I was even sittingthere told her that was not a filet mignon that was a sirloin. She says oh it looks like a filet to me and then goes and getsthe manager. Manager was nice compt my two drinks but now I'm stuck trying to find something else to eat. Read more
I asked for bread and butter to go (the bread and butter are the ONLY reasons I eat at Outback) and when I got home to eat it, I... realized all of the butter were sitting in their little to go cups on top of sour cream. You can clearly see the difference incolor and there?s definitely a difference in taste. So tell the kitchen staff thanks for ruining my experience and I will berequesting the manager if I go back. For a company that?s not trying to waste bread, I now can?t eat any of the loaves I have.The people in the kitchen clearly did this because they were mad I was asking for bread and butter to go.
