Expensive but so yummy. Love the flavor on the thin chips and the yummy ranch sauce atop a salad in a fried tortilla bowl.

I order the bowl. It look amazing but when I ate it. Honestly it has no taste. The chicken taste so dry. It has no seasoning at... all. I got charged extra for bell pepper veggie mix. It like they are trying to be a chipotle but the taste is no where to befound in the food. Custom service was good. But do better with the food. Read more

Don't honor their reward for downloading the app. Food in most of the bins was old and dry. You can get better stuff elsewhere,... they aren't worth the possible food poisoning. Family of 4 walks in Sunday afternoon. Person takes 3 of the 4 orders then proceeds to work on 3 or 4 phone in orders before... serving the 4th person in the group. This took about 8 minutes. Not long for sure but seriously who makes this kind of decision.The front end supervisor probably couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper bag. Read more

Good healthy and tasty vegan options, plus outdoor seating and alcoholic beverages. A solid Eastern US alternative to Chipotle.... The Prince Frederick, MD location is near the back of a shopping complex, so pretty quiet for outdoor dining. We had vegetariansalads topped with brown rice, black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa verde, fajita veg, cilantro, etc. Muy bueno! Read more

Placed an online order. Arrived at the restaurant 5 mins past when our order was due to be ready. Spoke to someone and met by... another person saying 'its gonna be awhile.' Had to ask why and was told since all our orders had Mexican rice they had to cookmore. Asked how long it was going to be and he went back to the kitchen and said awhile again. Another employee said it would beabout 15-20 minutes. The rudeness of the 1st employee was just unwelcome and how do you run out of rice at 630 pm on a Fridaynight. I like this restaurant but if only the food stayed hot longer than 5 minutes. I ordered food from here twice for my lunch during... my break. I work only 6 minutes away and as soon as I get back to my office the food is cold. Both times. The chips and queso isthe best thing there. If they can turn up the the station warmer a bit more to keep the food hot than of course I would givethem 5 stars. Read more

If I could give it a zero and talk to the general manager and owner I would!! Ok, sure southern California (the region within... the state of California) is a hard place to compete against when it comes to Hispanic inspired food but basic culinary standardsshouldn't be that hard. So my burrito was one cold as if out of the fridge even though it was just recently made, two wetterthan a dog in a river and three wrapped into a stubby looking turd. I unwrapped it, dried it and got annoyed by the fact Ican't have a cold burrito because the meat was cold (carnitas) the girl serving me didn't bother draining the tomatoes or cornand her poor wrapping job spilled inside the wrapping and made it a wet burrito. So I ask them to fix and they wrap it in foiland put it on the same grill that doesn't even heat up your tortilla..and when I got it back nothing changed, it was still verycold. A quesadilla was ordered and other things but cheese and tortilla were in it when it was just cheese and tortilla. Nachos, easy to get right, no same cold ass meat, oh and before anyone says I could've tried other meats I did and the chickenwas dry, the steak was dryer than the desert and the ground beef was like eating sand. So yeah, I'm done with this place andit's sad because the staff who appeared not to give two flying fuc#$ when I came in really made it clear I wasn't welcomed andthis place was not going to be worth the $30 we were about to spend.
