Lola was not very nice and rude. Ice was all over the cup and spilling over and very little custard on the top of my ice.

They didn't have alot of flavors when we went, but we will definitely be back to see what they have next time.

Employees here always give you more ice cream then you ask for, which is really nice of them! More bang for the buck!????????

One of my favorite places! Love love love the green apple and also florida orange. Can get a tiny cup. A quart or even a gallon!... Or better have it made into a cream icicle slush drink (cant think of their proper name for jt!) Take it home .stick in thefreezer and when you want some , scoop out and hit the microwave for a few seconds and instantly goes right back to the sameslushy consistency! I NEVER get sick of those 2 flavors! My only complaint .which is just my opinion, is I dont like how alot ofthe flavors have "chunks" in the bottom. like the cherry, has bits of real cherries . Not to hip on that.. G.apple & F.orangeboth do NOT have chunks! ALSO like to mix lemonade with f.orange. ! wish they were open 365 a yr. But understandable in thewinter months to be closed. I just get a couple gallons to make it through until reopening time! Lol Read more

Always love going to Rita's. It is the hot place of the summer! Expensive but very good. I do wish each location would post... their flavors everyday. Sucks to be disappointed upon arrival of a missing favorite flavor. Read more

On the first day of spring Rita's advertises free Italian ice. Don't go here. They penalize you for coming and only open one... window with one server. They basically force you to go in and buy an Italian ice. I will never go there again. We used to livein Frederick, MD and the Rita's there would welcome you with open arms and open every window with lots of servers to take yourorder. They always treated you well on free days or not.
