I've probably had a bad experience at every restaurant and I'm sure this A&W location isn't an exception but I cannot recall a... bad moment whatsoever. Staff are friendly even towards the end of their shifts, food's fresh, quick service. When I go in itseems a bit slower but I can only assume it's because I always choose the wrong time... The BUSY time to go inside lol. So Iusually keep to the drive thru. Read more
Went in and bought a teen burger meal. Bacame very sick within half hr of the meal and lasted 2 days. Place looked clean and... staff friendly though. Read more
There needs to supervision. Dirty floors,stack of trays and dishes. Slow service. Lack of respect for customers with constant... complainig by one of the staff about management. Will not return. Read more

I ordered poutine I asked for a bit of extra gravy. I clarified just a bit I got fry soup It was disgusting
Don't mind the hart location. The mall and college heights locations on the other hand could use a bit of focus. The mall... location didn't have everything on the menu (onion rings, poutine etc). The college heights location is so damn slow it's crazy.They definitely know that they're paid by the hour. Read more
The burger and fries were great, coffee was a little on the weak side but then I like my coffee strong. Service was good.
