So slow today. Excruciatingly slow service. If the kitchen staff spent half as much time doing what they're supposed to be doing... in the kitchen, instead of running out to front to clear overdue orders off the board, even though those orders are not yetcompleted, it wouldn't have taken 35 minutes for me to get two burgers. I know those numbers are sent to your head office at theend of the day. So the staff is essentially lying to thier HO about their efficiency. Next time I wait that long and see thatBS. Valid coupon wouldn't work first of all. Then paid $4 each for two cups of OJ only to drive home and find out there filled with... water. Love A&W but this crew at 11:50 am really took a nose dive. Read more

Environmentally friendly with paper straws, biodegradable packaging and antibiotic free range meat. Probably the best fast food... chain in Canada as they are way ahead their competition with the environmental stance. Though a&w isn't as busy as McD's (because people think McD's is cheap, but the prices have gone up dramatically!!). So overall best quality fast food restauranthands down in every fast food category. This however does not apply to the a&ws in the USA. Read more
Same great A&W food we have come to know and love in the convenience of a mall. The customers in front of me seemed to be kind... of grumpy from waiting in line, but Ashley helped them and stayed positive and professional the entire time. She was runningaround (safely) as fast as she could to get through the line efficiently. Very good employee! Read more
What an embarrassment this location is to the A&W name. Excruciatingly slow service, no sense of urgency from the employees all.... Food is poorly prepared. Your eggs in your breakfast sandwiches aren't anything like other locations. My favorite fast foodrestaurant and your location just makes a mockery of it. Zero stars. Read more
