Love A&W, but there was NO quality control on the onion rings....soggy, greasy, mushy onion rings that were all broken pieces.... It only takes about an extra minute or two to cook them from frozen. DON'T LET THEM THAW OUT BEFORE YOU DEEP FRY THEM!!!!! Justsaying..... Read more
Usually love A&W rings but not been happy with them lately. Too crumbly... otherwise love a good Teen burger.
Decided to give this place another try, was given my hamburger immediatwly after I paid and asked to wait out front. Eventually... I was told they forgot to drop my side after Id already had my hamburger and been sitting waiting for my order for 15minutes. Finally got the rest of my order, and when mentioned to the girl in the window was told "at least your rings arefresh" only to get home and find the soda machine used to fill my drinks was out of syrup, and a burger thatd now been cold for15 minutes before I even left the store, and literally drowned in burger sauce. The hart location brings great shame to thefranchise. Cant remember the last time I had a half-decent experience here. Read more
Stood in line as the only customer in the store. 2 employees stood there and looked at me, neither one even acknowledged my... presence. The one with the head set looked at me 4 or 5 times. The other employee came right up to the counter to wash theirhands, and didn't say anything. Had to buy a gas station sandwich instead. I would give it zero stars but thats not an option.Don't waste your time here. Read more
