Butella Burning might be my favourite place for dinner and drinks in PG. Last night was my third time there and the second time... within a week. Last nights experience was exceptional. We didn’t have a reservation, so we were offered a seat at the bar (asfar as I’m concerned, the car seat is the best seat in the house). We ordered the fried chicken and olives to start. The friedchicken is so good. The drinks were next level delicious and our server/bartender was truly the gem of the evening. She made mea bartenders choice cocktail that was an absolute work of art. Can’t wait for my next visit! Read more

Everything here seemed "ok" The pizza crust was a bit dry, service was just adequate. However if you are wanting something... with a different flare, then this place may be for you. I'll likely give it a miss next time. Read more

The best gluten-free pizza so far in Canada. Very tasty crust and a lot of toppings. It takes a while before some staff take... action after the dish is ready. I almost went to the counter to get our pizzas by myself. Read more

Visiting Prince George from Vancouver, we were taken to this place by our friend who lives there. They have ample of seating... both on the first floor as well as the second floor. The huge pizza oven is also a feature of the place. We were there onTuesday and naturally took advantage of their beer and pizza combo for $21.95. We also ordered their mussel appetizer in whitewine, which was the daily special. The mussels were big and plumb, very fresh and the sauce was great to dip with bread. Thepizzas were are mostly single serving sizes, thin crispy crust with good ratio of topping. Overall the food was great, butportions are modest. Service was very solid, we got our food at a good pace throughout the evening as well. It’s a good spotto hang out and we will go back next time we’re at Prince George. Read more

This is one of the legendary food establishments of downtown Prince George. Don't let this place fool you though - while their... pizzas are absolutely top tier, the rest of their menu is somehow also exceptional making them far from a one trick pony. Aslocals, whenever we have visitors in town, this is a must stop dinner spot. Read more

The pasta was amazing, my pizza was very by chef choices and it wasn't good as the sauce was like raw. The salad was great! The... atmosphere and ambiance were great. I like it as I found owners are too young and just started! Good luck to them! ???????? Forsure they will improve more and more with customers feedback and make it unique in the city. Read more

Visiting from Vancouver and loving this place! Tried the soppresatta fig and wagyu birria taco pizzas - they got chewy yeasty... crusts with nicely balanced sauces and toppings. Did find the birria taco tad bit salty for my taste. The Italian donuts weregreat with a cinnamon sugar coating and berry compote - love the sweet n sour combo. Ah - how I wish Betulla were in Vancouver! Read more

I want to like this place but I feel like they really didn’t pull it off. It is quite expensive. The cheapest beers are... $8.50. We watched our $22 burgers sit on the counter for at least 10 minutes right beside us while our pizza was being made. Andthen the pizza came out so small it barely covered half the plate and the dough was very thick since it should have been spreadalmost twice the size. ????????????????????????????????? Service was also very slow. Read more
