They messed up my order, I showed them before the order was made the lady was Rood about it than re did it, than told me I did... not give her enough cash, had to count it for her, she forgot one pop had to re ask. The one gravy looked like it was scrapedfrom the sides of the pot, it was lumpy and gross looking. My son honey mustard sauce had a hair in it and his chicken tendorshad a hair in it. Their food is consistent, which is hard to find at most fast food places. I absolutely love ordering their waffle fries n gravy,... their zucchini sticks, and their chicken tenders with their dip! Yummy every time ???? Read more
This was my first time at a Carl Jr's. The staff were excellent and the food was as well. I had a Carl Jr burger. My husband had... the Western double cheeseburger. There was also an order of poutine and two Oreo shakes. Our order was accurate even with "nocheese" on the cheeseburger. Will 100% go again. Read more
Carl's Jr. is always good. This review is about their great staff: June 30th (almost at closing) - When I walked in, I noticed... a staff member cleaning the fountain pop machine. I ordered my food and ate. This took about 15 minutes. When I was about toleave, she was STILL cleaning the machine! The machine was spotless and shiny, so I went over to thank her for her diligence.She was just finishing up, but you could tell she does things properly and exceeds expectations (which was more than you couldsay about the bossy woman who took my order...). Prince George has the best Carl's Jr. the hubby and I have ever been to. The food was fresh, great tasting, and we were super... impressed! I had a lettuce wrap burger that never fell apart!! I got a chicken strip combo and my chicken strips are tiny. Do much money for a combo and I'm so disappointed. Will never go... here again, shame on them for this disappointment. Buyer beware. Wish I could give no stars because these are actual inedibleand taste like plastic. Read more
