I would love to leave a review but for some reason I am ignored when I go. This morning I arrived and see the restaurant is... maybe 25 percent full. I go to the hostess stand to be seated and BOTH young ladies standing there look at me and without a wordturn their backs and walk away. I was stunned. I stayed and waited for a few min but never saw them again. Upon leaving Inoticed many many dirty tables and it seemed as if nobody was working. What a difference from my Danny's experience inEdmonton. That location was 100 percent full yet I was greeted, and 15min later seated. That place ran like a well oiledmachine. Great service for our large group! It's Denny's so you know what you'll be getting for food. Nothing special but was still... tasty! Our waitress was awesome with our group and our drinks were always topped up and food was brought out quickly. Read more
I understand having no staff, but a 45 minute wait of just waiting there with two hungry kids?? No one even took our drink... order. I?m really disappointed in the staff that cleaned up and ran around or table and refused to even acknowledge us. We?rehere from out of town and don?t have a Denny?s from home now I?m kind of glad we don?t. Again, I understand having no staff butthis was ridiculous. The food and service here is really poor! We ordered online and went to pick it up it was a few minutes late but that was fine.... The FOOD though holy man was it bad everything was under cooked almost raw! The bacon was raw the poached eggs weren?t cookedstale toast with butter that wasn?t melted waste of money. This was the third time going to pick up so its strike three! Peopleare waiting to to be seated with waitresses free and tables free and nobody seated not worth the wait I can tell you that. Had a great dinner at Dennys! Kyra was so good at her work, very professional and polite. Ordered chicken addiction bowl and... wine. Food was very tasty and the Manager suggested me "Apple Crisp" for dessert, which is really good! Will definitely comeback again! ?? Read more
No service. Wrong order. No refills for coffee. Total waste of money. Usually Denny's is good but this is really pathetic. Do... you want a good breakfast? Then go to Gramma's Inn, Aubree's or White Spot. Excellent huge breakfasts there and you get servedlike a valued customer. Read more
