My hats off to our server Rachelle! What an amazing experience she gave us! Her positive and out going attitude was awesome.... Right away we felt at home and I’m not even from here. the big bone is my favourite and was so excited to see a Montana’s inPrince George, the location near me closed a few years ago and have missed the big bone! My hubby and I went out on a date night and we had the best service! Very personable and just a genuinely nice Hostess! I... believe her name was Sydney? As there was no name tags but she was kind enough to let us know hers if we needed anything. Wow. This place is amazing, our server was “Pat”from England ,somewhere near the republic of Scotland. We had fall off the... bone ribs and a cold beer, which Pat told us was the late Queens favourite combo back in England. By far the silliest resturant experience I've ever had. We came to the restaurant at 8:00pm (closes at 9:00pm) and it was... about 3/4 full and many tables had not been cleared. We asked to be seated and were told it was a 20 minute wait as the serverinformed the host 'were full'. Are there going to be 1/4 restaurants worth of reservations coming in an hour before closingscattered all over the resturant? Or do your staff want to close as early as possible and be out at closing time? Or maybe youare short staffed? Either way, just be honest.
