My hubby and I went out on a date night and we had the best service! Very personable and just a genuinely nice Hostess! I... believe her name was Sydney? As there was no name tags but she was kind enough to let us know hers if we needed anything. Wow. This place is amazing, our server was “Pat”from England ,somewhere near the republic of Scotland. We had fall off the... bone ribs and a cold beer, which Pat told us was the late Queens favourite combo back in England. By far the silliest resturant experience I've ever had. We came to the restaurant at 8:00pm (closes at 9:00pm) and it was... about 3/4 full and many tables had not been cleared. We asked to be seated and were told it was a 20 minute wait as the serverinformed the host 'were full'. Are there going to be 1/4 restaurants worth of reservations coming in an hour before closingscattered all over the resturant? Or do your staff want to close as early as possible and be out at closing time? Or maybe youare short staffed? Either way, just be honest. Unfortunately it’s been a miss the last few times we have gone here. I understand everyone has an off night so we give a... chance but after today it’s going to be a long time before we come back. My kids grilled cheese had sat so long the cheese wasrubbery, the bread was only partly grilled and didn’t even stick together. The mains for us adults were cold to the touch. Andwhen we tried to get the attention of anyone no one was around. They did give a 10% discount at the end but we had bad foodworse service. Read more
Went with my family Friday night. Ordered fish and chips, med steak and kids meal. Fish and chips and kids meal came and were... good. Steak came and it was closer to raw then med, sent it back. 2nd time it came back it was still under done and we sent itback again. 3rd time it came out it was cooked right, however since we waited my wife couldn't eat with us and had to eat alone.Also replaced the fries on the kids meal, got only 4 little cucumber slices. Asked for manager, and they gave us 50% off thesteak only. Also the wooden chairs on concrete all night was not pleasant sound.Wouldn't recommend again. However our server wasgreat and pleasant. My wife, her sister and myself ordered ribs and burgers for takeout and all three of us got food poisoning and the ribs were so... dry and burnt none of us finished them. After opening the bag and looking at the ribs I was tempted to call and complain beforeeven tasting them they were so dry and blackened, but the restaurant had already closed for the night by the time we got homeand we were all pretty hungry... Pretty sure it was from the ribs as I got sick the least and I had the burger and only tastedthe ribs to see how bad they were. Both the girls who actually ate the ribs are super sick. Had a wonderful lunch, my server Kennedy, was very polite and she had the most adorable eyelashes so fun to look at. Her nails... were done very nicely and eye catching. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Will return based on the server alone. Read more
