If you haven't been GO! The bf surprised me with reservations for my birthday dinner and it was AMAZING! Our hostess remembered... our names, made excellent recommendations for the menu and wine pairings. The food was exquisite! I had the Stuffed ChickenSupreme, chicken stuffed with brie and wild mushrooms with an in house made sauce that was incredible! The bf went with thelobster ravioli and our table of 4 shared the bruschetta, calamari and steak bite appies. Everything was so fresh andbeautifully plated. We will definetly be back! A wonderful upscale atmosphere, relaxed, quiet, we felt fancy and were treatedlike royalty. If you're looking for your next dinner date night, this is it! Found this spot through Google and was extremely happy !!! Great atmosphere , great menu and cocktail and wine menu, the owner... was our server she was great with recommendations too my mom and I went for a dinner and it was super nicely priced too. Just stopped in spontaneously as I was early for a show nearby. They have these lovely little tables with plush comfortable... chairs by the entrance that they were willing to seat and serve me at despite it being quite busy. Carrie-Lynn (sp?) Was afantastic host. I had the Neptune stuffed mushrooms which were delightful, as well there was a comprehensive cocktail list andmy Dark and Stormy was fantastic. Read more

The good: Great food. Beautiful atmosphere. Refined and diverse drink menu and lots of wine options for all price points. The... not so good: It was a very interesting evening for sure. If I was rating based on the first 30 minutes of our arrival, I wouldbe giving it a very low rating indeed. Arriving into town late in the afternoon after a horrible drive through freezing rain fora visit with my daughter and her partner who moved to PG this past year, we decided to have dinner downtown. N54 looked veryinviting so we decided to see if they had room for us despite it being very busy. They said they were full in their main diningarea, but offered to seat us in the lounge area. This area is gorgeous and comfortable, and I certainly didn't have an issuesitting there. If they had said they couldn't seat us because their kitchen was too busy, we wouldn't have had an issue withthat either. Totally understandable. After we were seated, they brought us water. Then... We didnt see anyone for almost half anhour ???? We were getting our jackets on to leave (again, they were busy and we assumed they had forgotten about us, totallyfine there are other restaurants downtown we can go to) at which point a quite rude server/bartender came by and gave us a drinkmenu and said 'we'll maybe get to you when we can but we're busy with our reservation guests' and her tone was so condescendingand almost as if we were a giant inconvenience to her. So odd because I didn't remember begging anyone to eat in therestaurant... At this point, a different server arrived on the scene , and the night definitely turned around. I'm glad westayed. However, we did witness a verbal tiff between the two staff later in the evening, after also witnessing the rudeserver/bartender quite literally swear at another walk in guest who didn't have 'a f*3$king reservation' so I am assumingtensions were heightened in the restaurant for several reasons and probably not indicative of their vibe normally, but Read more
