What a gorgeous restaurant in the Sandman hotel. The service was superbly friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was perfect.... Easily a perfect place for a date night with your favorite person or a business meeting. The food was to die for, I absolutelylove trying local restaurants and was in awe with the food my wife and I got. Big portions, quality is easy 5/5. If you haven'ttried yet please do, if you're traveling through and find yourself hungry stop in and have a bite, just by the pine center mallon the way to Terrace. Read more
Tried to order room service and was received with a warning of $5 dollar delivery fee and 15% mandatory gratuity. She offered me... a pick up option since I was staying at the hotel. I asked for a wine glass and she said yes. No problem. Went to pick up andshe said wine is in there in a coffee cup as she couldn?t lend the wine glass. Part of restaurant policy she didn?t explain tome 15 minutes before. Well not as it was promised but whatever. They were not even busy at all to have lend a single glass. Shestapled the bag shut only for me to realize they didn?t even include fork/knife or napkins. There was a Caesar salad in theorder so I don?t know how I would have mixed the dressing. It?s not about the missed items but the tone of the voice in theperson taking the order. I am staying at the sandman but won?t order from this place during my stay. There are many choicesaround. Really nice place and good was great. As most RSVP properties restaurant had no idea of discounts for members, manager very... dismissive. Would go back again however don't expect any of your membership levels to be honored if staying at the hotel. Read more

Enjoyed a night out for dinner and drinks with some friends. The meals came out at a decent speed, our appetizer could have been... cooked a little longer but was still good. Ordered to my room while staying at the attached Sandman hotel. The price on the website was all wrong. A burger was $25.50 with... bacon and cheese. Burger tasted as expected, nothing special. Delivery fee was $5 to walk to my room. I tried supporting therestaurant by ordering directly and not on skip. Big mistake. With skip you get transparency. A 15% tip was already added to mybill. ???? move. None of these fees or tips are communicated to you prior. I added a tip on top of all the fees and 15% tip.Enjoy the 50% fees and tip.
