Staff is super friendly, I have hearing problem but the barista made it easy to understand the order. Good customer service and... staff is nice and super friendly. Me and my niece often go the starbucks ramada because of the attention and atmosphere. Read more
Staff aren't welcoming and coffee wasn't hot. They also don't care if you get less coffee. Ive had many bad experiences here.... Hire staff who are kind, enthusiastic and helpful. Read more

I ordered a half caf grande oat milk latte with 2 pumps sugar free vanilla, I had to tell the barista step by step how to make... my drink because they didn?t understand.. he thought you put drip coffee in a latte.. the staff here certainly needs moretraining. Read more
I worked here. They didn't give employees breaks on 8+ hour shifts. They are inconsistent with hours because they lost most of... their employees due to the mistreatment. After that if anyone even called in sick another would have to work without breaks ornot open the store. They didn't pay full wages when raises went up before minimum wage rose. They refused to give paystubs andhad repeatedly forgotten to pay for hours of work and would pay it weeks late. Accused staff of theft and even had yellingmatches with supervisors and baristas infront of customers. This starbucks also under and over charges on multiple products andisn't consistent with other starbucks. By the way the syrup pumps probably have mold the last people who were left never cleanedthem properly and consistently. Read more
Staff always having to rush because they are extreemly understaffed. The lines always out the door and it takes so long to get... drinks at this location even when no line because of the staffing. It always looks so messy and they never clean the tablesinbetween customers. The hours are NOT consistent and they've made no effort to keep it consistent. Also the baristas don't seemto always get breaks at this location and i can't support that. Read more
In the lobby of the hotel so hours more limited than a stand alone. Service was reasonably quick and the order was accurate.
