Worst subway ever! I?ve been to hundreds of subways and never had an issue requesting fresh veggies at most of them. This place... refused us twice and the reps seemed very rude. Looking at their Veggies seemed filled with crumbs and meat exc exc exc so Iasked lady if she could get fresh veggies and I was told NOPE! She?s gotta finish the ones in her box first. Couple of othercustomers also went next door for a pizza at the same time as us. Highly recommend not going here. BTW who the hell washes theirhands with the gloves still on? I was not excited to have to buy some fast food today in College Heights during my what felt like all day shopping errands, but... to my surprise I had the best Subway experience in atleast 10 years! The place was clean...I haven't seen a clean subway in thistown especially the hart it's grossly dirty. But my favourite part that led me to writing this review was when I asked the younglady if she could cut my bread the old way for my meatball sub, while looking at me puzzled and saying no, this sweet lady namedMargarita come out from the back saying oh yes yes dear I can do that for you! She proceeded to show the two girls makingsandwiches and her mentorship and customer service skills were outstanding!!! It was so nice to see in this day and age. Theyoung lady who made the sandwich for me actually was trying her best as a "sandwich artist" which seems to now be nonexistent! Iasked later on what that kind lady's name was from the back and she said oh that's Margarita, our manager. Well way to goMargarita, you are doing a great job!!! Read more
My wife and I were very impressed with this particular location. The manager Margarita (or something close to that) came out of... the back to show her worker how to cut a sub the old style way. Whoever is getting their flat bread and foot long online order right now, the worker repeatedly went back and forth between... your sandwiches and the tablet screen and the ingredients with the same pair of gloves, so i kindly said you should not betouching someone's food and the tablet with the same gloves.
