Drew and Brittany were absolutely amazing, not only did they check up on our orders they made sure our friend was okay during... our celebratory drinks. These two women were beautiful, beyond our expectations, they were amazing, I highly recommend thisjoint, the responsive attitude with the staff is highly recommended and SAFE!!! With the staff, it’s the best plane possible,prices aside the service is important and well maintained. These are women were the best women of my experience here. Lawrenceby far was the best and most responsible person I have EVER met in a restaurant environment ever, not only did he care for us,he worried, he connected and introduced himself, he was welcoming and personable, wonderful service all in all, honestly as aservice myself, this team has gone above and beyond. I have never dined in house here before, however my server Brittany was beyond amazing. Patient and accommodating, professional... and warm-hearted. She is a gem to the team here and I highly recommend you ask for her when you come in!! Had an awesome dining experience! Navv (hopefully the correct spelling) was our server. Amazing service with a big smile and as... helpful as can be! The food was delicious and served promptly. ***UPDATE*** It's been 2 weeks since I first replied via email to the owners response to my review. NO REPLY, I emailed a... second time 5 days ago and still NO REPLY! Do NOT leave comments like you actually want to make things right then not respondto emails you asked customers to make. Your online services seems as low as your restaurant service.*** Walked in and placedorder (two items), was told 15-20 mins wait for it. 45 mins later I get my order and leave. Later find out it’s not what Iordered. Certain items are but others aren’t (I ordered beef dip with onion rings and got the dip, rings and this pasta!). I called (it’s now been an hour since I first placed order). They apologize and offer to deliver proper items and it would be15mins. It took another hour!! So 2 hours after placing my order in person I finally have what I asked for. Thank you fordelivering it but there was zero compensation for the mix up and MASSIVE delays!!! Portion sizes have drastically changed. For example "tri-stacked nachos" are a single layer and the size of a medium plate. No... sour cream or salsa. Don't think we will return for appetizer nights. Read more
I had eaten there prior to it closing. Worst service and food ive had at a restaurant in a long time. We had ordered wings--on... "wing night" and it took over 45 mins for them to come out. When they did, they were so small and dry like they were sitting outfor a long time. Also, the price for them was astronomical comapred to what we got. The server came to our table maybe once tocheck on us. When we started to get antsy that our food was taking so long, she blamed it on the kitchen staff. Terrible serviceand overpriced, terrble food. What an experience! I came in looking for a drink and some food but I got so much more! Drew was fantastic, seeing his passion... and customer service really inspired me. You can tell he loves what he does and puts it into his guests experience. 100% this ismy new favourite place to be! Read more
