This location is a daily stop for me and it's usually great but I think there was a staff change up because the last four times... in the drivethrough my order has been messed up. Seriously, I hate to give it such a low rating but when I can't even get thecoffee I want what are we even doing here? Last time I ordered a pumpkin spiced latté with an extra shot of espresso and got aluke warm caramel latté with a softball sized wad of whipped cream in it. Read more

An Absolutely disgusting environment! Earlier today my sister ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich. It came with two black hairs... tucked inside the contents. When she went inside none of them were wearing hairnets! Also when she had left they had beentalking about her, saying she just wanted a refund! What a disrespectful team they have at this location. All they offered herwas another damn sandwich. why would she want another sandwich when the employees don?t care about their customers health?!Honestly I?d never go back to a Tim Hortons location after this. Waited like 20 minutes in the lineup inside, there were five people working from which four of them were on the drive-thru... window and the fifth person working was also making food orders for the drive thru. 1 person from them was coming to the frontto take orders after every 10 minutes and rest of the time helping the drive thru? THE WORST SERVICE ! Rude employees, a 50 minute drive through wait and when you get your drink it's either cold or... melted. Burnt and not fresh ingredients. Can?t even see the sausage. Tim Hortons at UNBC Hospital didn?t even know that I ordered... online. Wasted my time proving and showing that I have made an order on app and even showed my receipt. STAFF ARE NOT THENICEST. Read more
Terrible did not put lid on coffee properly mom spilt it putting on tray. Asked for cloth to clean up and women walked away. Sat... down and opened up sandwich and it was burnt. Samething took it back and lady walked away while I was trying to return it endedup leaving on the counter and walked away. Have contacted Tim Hortons but of course typical we will look into it. The food is good, and still largely affordable, but this location (Victoria St.) has closed their dining room and public... washrooms. They also now close to walk ins at 6:00pm, which is way earlier than the other Tim Horton's in town. Read more
