As someone who has managed staff before, I was very impressed with the service I received from Brooklyn. I was greeted with a... big smile and enthusiasm. She read back my order to make sure she got it right. And then prepared my order quickly withoutsacrificing quality. As I continued to observe from my seat, she was easily the most productive staff member during my visit. Iwasn't impressed with my breakfast wrap. It wasn't inedible but it wasn't good either. Staff was very kind and friendly with our kids. Clean, spacious and fast service. Outdoor tables and nice and cold inside with... lots of parking spots. There is drive thru as well. Read more
Probably the worst experience I've had at a Tim's in a long time. The food & drinks were fine, but the communication was... horrible. The cashier spoke below his breath (behind plexiglass), and misunderstood my order about 3 or 4 times. His replacementalso spoke below his breath (music also playing in background), and I had to ask him to repeat many times. What should have beena 1 minute order took about 10 minutes. It was just weird. Cute location, but seriously, if you're behind plexiglass with musicplaying, you've got to speak up. Another customer even came to commiserate with us in the parking lot about the ridiculousservice. But again, nothing bad to say about the food/drinks. Read more

It's a decent Timmies. I've had difficulties getting my mobile coupons to work here sometimes. The drive through is reasonably... efficient, but the way it's setup is beyond all common sense. I go what I think is the right way, and others go a different way.It can be a little treacherous at times navigating there. The one on Massey is much more thoughtfully laid out. But theemployees at this location are friendly and swift with their work. Keep rocking it! Read more
Out of most bagel types and the bagels we did get had almost no cream cheese and the sausage sandwich didn't have sausage.... Pretty annoying. Read more
The service is good ????, they put very little in the food they prepare & charge too much. I drink half coffee & half hot... chocolate, they can't make that very good. I taste too much coffee; I hate the taste of coffee. Their muffins & chilly r good. Iavoid Tim Hortons as much as possible unless a friend is going there. Read more
