I order my usual food at Tim Hortons but my 15th avenue Tim Hortons' experience was not good today. I just asked to a white... young lady with dark black long braided hair, " One everything begal toa......." And she interrupted me before I complete mysentence; "we don't have everything". Then I changed my order and the young lady put it in system but didn't press okay orproceed for "pay" and walked away to the backend. I was just waiting to tap my card. Kitchen employee prepared my begal and putit on the counter to the other end and didn't call out and I was still standing for payment and waiting for the front endperson. Then after few minutes a young white guy came to the POS and press the button and then I paid for my food. I ordermedium chai tea latte but he gave me half cup in a medium sized cup. I checked it later when I crossed the intersection lights.I just felt negative vibes over there. ???? For customer service. We were only two customers and total 4 employees were workingon the counter but seemed like they were just trying to pass the time of their shift. If people don't like customer service jobthey should quit instead of spreading negative vibes at workplace. Would never visit to this Branch. These 2 star only for myfood. And 0 for the service. Waited 40 mins after a confirmation from this place through doordash only to have it suddenly cancelled. Reason said they... couldn't fulfil the order, but nobody even attempted to contact me to ask about options. So, now I get to tell my kid that no,she can't have the donuts she'd been craving for a week. Thanks. Read more

I went through the drive-through earlier today ordered a drink, when I received it at the window it looks incorrect. I brought... it up to the person working the window and they convinced me it was the correct order so I drove along and when I was driving Itried it and it was the wrong order. I turned around and I went back to the drive-through and when I got to the window I wasgreeted by a young man telling me I was wrong and asking me to see the cup. I handed him the cup and then he proceeded to tellme about how it was the correct order, I tried to politely tell him that it did taste like an ice cap instead of a chocolatechill. One of the ladies ended up taking it back and letting me know that she would make me a new one which I appreciated. Theyoung man continued to talk about me and about how the drink was made correctly and I was wrong to his coworkers. I could stillhear him since I was still sitting at the window. It felt pretty degrading. I spoke to the manager and he was quite nice aboutit and apologetic. Just a horrible experience honestly, especially because I go to that Tim Hortons all the time. Read more
