I orrders a drink and one of them called me weird for ordring it so i dont order there anymore
Today I ordered on my app, 2 medium Ice Caps, and i asked one of my friends with me if they dont mind waiting for our icecaps... while i just check out Garage, i come back 10 min after and he doesnt have the ice caps, and he says there has been one andother ones but not the right sizes. So i go up and say i have a mobile order, no apologies or anything, i show her my order andthat i ordered it at 11:47, and that current time was 11:57. Only thing that happens is she says "oh she will make it now". Iget it, lunch rush is very busy, but i work at tim hortons too and that is unacceptable. What order comes in first is madefirst. No exceptions, and when you do what they did, you apologize and hand out a coffee promise, then make their order, that isthe tim hortons procedure for that. Read more
They always get my order wrong I always get a steeped tea with 2 sugar 1.5 cream and I always get a coffee instead or like 1... cream in my tea. They do have fast service though. Read more
It was okay. Very busy but staff weren't able to really explain why they didn't have any soups our chili on their menu items... and seemed to get frustrated when i asked to speak up. But they did do the order quickly and happy with what else i got Read more
- The service is pretty below par. The employees vent their frustrations openly and loudly amongst customers. In addition,... orders have been consistently wrong. - The donuts can be cold, dry and just not a good time, and their sandwiches are hit ormiss with being toasted, heated etc. - The drinks are at least on par with other Tim's in Prince George. To management,understand your employees frustrations, be more supportive and do a consistent evaluation on the service and food here. MaybeI've just had lemon experiences every time I've been here, but it's worth looking into. Read more
Tim Hortons is a Canadian staple. Yea you may get a bad coffee here and there but it's a tried and true place to stop on any... road trip or for a quick breakfast on a busy weekend. With more menu items being releases and tested with the public I find timsbecoming a more go to place to find a quick bite. Read more
The service was ok this time, I've had much better normally in the past but the cheap lids on there paper thin cups leak or pop... off all together. In the north here we tend to have bumpy roads due to snow & ice and those damn lids popped off spilling coffeeall over. This is not the first time. I regret my decision to buy Tim Hortons over McDonald's. McDonald's uses suprising robustlids and the cups are double lined, I've never had an issue with those lids popping off or leaking.
