I ordered everything bagel through skip and they send me completely burned bagel. This the second time it happen to me.
Staff ALWAYS gets my order wrong. The meats are wet and taste funny, the bread/buns are stale, the lettuce was brown and soggy.... Coffee tastes older than I am. I will NEVER go to this location again. Read more
Had to tall cashier 3 times to get my order right. Ordered 2 farmers wraps and no hashbrowns came with so I brought back order... and they tried to say I didn't pay for hashbrowns. Even though farmers wraps come with hashbrowns, every time I come to thislocation I get wrong orders , missing items. And the language barrier is a major problem. My friends and I refuse to go to this location of Tim Hortons now. They NEVER get the orders correct, the Coffee and Iced... Coffee's are NEVER made right, they ALWAYS TASTE BURNT. Also, they are always out of most of the menu items. For example, TheTimbits and the Donut bar is never stalked. It is like the staff just doesn't give any care and always seems to be rude when youspeak up about it. Now we are huge Tim Hortons freaks so we go to any other location but refuse to ever go to this locationagain! IN MY OPINION, MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO: 1) Do a better job at overlooking 2) Double-checking the stalk 3) Have theinventory done daily and product orders done and sent in ON TIME!! so that it arrives on time so they are not out of everythingall the time!!! OR Management needs to be replaced along with the staff! I apologize for the negative feedback, but this iswhat mine and many of my friend's experience has been many times.
