If you go through the drive through make sure you DOUBLE DOUBLE check the screen. Re-training or just a general re-hiring of... management and staff seems to be needed. Asked them to fix the drinks at the window as I was charged for 2 smalls and I needed alarge and a medium. They brought the manager to take my card and charged me full price for a large and gave me a large and 1small drink. So I paid for 3 drinks, received 2, at that point I didn't want to correct it again as they seemed annoyed with mefor asking them to fix it. When I got home to eat my food the fries are dried out and old, the beef and bacon were overcookedand dry. Don't ever leave the drive through until you've verified your order. Whether due to ESL issues or general lack of care, our... order is always missing something. Worse yet if you go through skip the dishes, you'll never receive a correct order from here.Parking lot is cramped and goes through a motel parking lot for drive through access, speed bumps are enormous. Really gotta do something about your coffee. I?ve had it 3 times, I understand it?s free this month, but I purchase other stuff... also, the coffee every single time is hardly even warm. They have the best breakfast potatoes unbelievable when they are hot !!
