Stopped here for dinner after a long drive. The service was excellent. Our server Greg had lots of different suggestions and... options to try, and gave my friend and I lots of information about the menu and its options. I personally love spice, and itdefinitely made my decision on what to order a bit easier. They have lots of really good options, along an easy to read heatinformant for spice levels. I was also pleased to see vegan, gluten free and dairy free options. Did not try any of the dessertmenus, but the mandarin one really peaked my curiosity. I opted to go for the Ramen, which is a popular choice for therestaurant I'm told. I ordered it with a level 2 spice. Honestly the meal was worth every penny. Broth was well seasoned,vegetables still had texture. Noodles were perfect. The pork belly was crisp and delicious. The heat level was just perfect forme. I can handle hot/spicy foods, but was looking for something spicy but not overwhelmingly so. A very satisfying dish packedwith nutrients. I didn't feel hungry at all until well into mid-morning/close to afternoon the next day. Will definitely returnin the future, and recommend it to friends and people I know passing through the area. Really good food here. I had a sandwich with thinly sliced beef, peppers, carrots and Korean bulgogi sauce. It was amazing! The... staff were nice, my food was brought out in a reasonable time, and you could tell by the presentation and cleanliness of therestaurant that they really take pride in their work. I've went to Zen around 7 times at this point, and although I've sampled some of the other meals they have, I end up ordering... the exact same thing everytime, and every time, it's as delicious as the first time, and until such a time that I get sick ofit, that will likely continue. The Hakka Noodles with shrimp are a 6/5 for me, and I would highly recommend them! Read more

I was looking forward to try this new restaurant in PG but I was very disappointed with my experience here . First let's talk... about the service , the staff is friendly and courteous but they lack coordination and communication. The service was reallyslow . We had to wait about 35 minutes to get our starters and then 35 minutes for our main course dish which was just a sizzler . No one had any idea that we had placed an order for main course as the person who took our order was different andserver was different. While clearing out the plate the server totally forgot about our main course order . Then , comes thefood the food ingredients are good quality , presentation and texture of the food is great . But most of the starters we orderedlacked flavour . I loved their tuna poke and steamed bun but Tibetan Momos , mussels and suimai were totally bland . Adding tothat after waiting for our sizzler for about 35 minutes more , the server finally got it , the sizzler lacked the sizzle !!Quite literally it was cold and dead and exactly how it looks in the picture and I was very displeased with that . Coming tothe restaurant the ambience is decent and they have good space but they need proper ventilation in kitchen as all the smoke fromthe kitchen was settling down in the main area and I could notice some haze.
