Was very busy, we were seated by an open door by the deck so it was cold. Service was good considering how busy it was. My... daughter had chicken Tacos that she said tasted like Halibut, probably from deep frying in same fryer as seafood. Breakers had a nice ambiance and a great view on a sunny evening. They were very short staffed but we only had to wait about 10... minutes for a table. Our server was pleasant but forgot our drink order and took a bit to get it after realizing the mishap. Thefish and chips were a smaller portion (1 fish) than I think I was expecting but the halibut was very good nevertheless. Frieswere just okay. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and they were managing as best as they could with the 3 young servers they had ona busy night. Lots of menu choices. Read more
Slow service due to short staff but 100 percent worth the wait meals were amazing definitely recommend.
Another excellent lunch at Breakers. Apparently they are still short staffed but you wouldn?t have known if from the great... service we received. The Shrimphouse special was perfect and the house made veggie burger got rave reviews as well. Apparentlythe lettuce wrap was ?really tasty? and the chicken souvlaki was ?as good as ever.? This was a great place close to the cruise ship pier. The daily special was a $6 draft. We had a few of the appetizers to... share that tasted great. They had signs asking customers to be patient due to short staffed. This was not any problem at allfor our group of six. Our server made sure we were satisfied and did not have any empty pints. I would recommend Breakers Pubto anyone visiting Prince Rupert! Read more
Hands down best view while eating and drinking. Visited here on August 26th. Went for a drink and stayed for supper. We shared... the calamari while we drank and watched a seal have some fish too. Next we ordered their Szechuan Shrimp and their Wonton Soup.Both were delicious as were their beer, bellini and raspberry ice slush drink. Totally would go back for the food, views andgreat service.
