In the last year or so service and a pleasant visit to this place has completely ceased. The new staff from the last year or... two are often outright grumpy, misunderstand or mis-hear then respond abruptly, seem to not understand how to make the productsor don't care (not sure which). Seems like their trying to cut corners. One day I ordered two espresso shots and they tried tosplit one shot into two coffees. Right in front of me. Seriously? I have two espresso machines at home. I know what a shot ofespresso is. She began to pour so I called her on it so she said "Oh okay," and called for another espresso to bemade. Furthermore and sadly -the espresso machine has become like the McDonalds ice cream machine. I honestly can't stand togo into this location anymore. And then there's passive aggressive, silently belligerent, I-dont-wanna-be-at-work trash like inthe photo....that's supposed to be a BLT. Read more
Never has espresso, grill is broken and worker forgot something on my order and blamed me until I got my recite out...they need... to be better. Read more
The bathrooms were disgusting, I always pack my own bleach cleaner with me & had to clean the toilet before using. The display... cases, floors, very dirty, this place hasn't been thourghly cleaned in a very long time. Outside grounds was littered withgarbage. Too me this place is well below Tim Hortons standards. In my opinion this place should be closed down until itscleaned. I gave it 1 star because there was nothing lower. Read more
Reasonable coffee and could get Chai tea which was good. It would be good if they did lactose free milk. Real milk does my... stomach no good at all and I can't do Oat milk because of the gluten. In fact a lack of gluten free options was a problem. Iordered a salad bowl and it came with some weird crumbly stuff on the top that I had to scrape to one side so I could safely eatthe food underneath. Read more
I ordered a breakfast combo, a double double and a muffin. Didn't get my hashbrown with my order and I told the person working... what I ordered and he said no. Service here gets bad somedays and I think it's a communication problem with the staff. Read more
Service is way better during the day than at night. Got served the wrong thing at 12pm and was told it was what I asked for. I... get the same thing every time I'm in and during the day it's always right but go at midnight and she has no idea what yourasking for and tell you it's your fault. Read more
I was mildly repulsed by the amount of Tim?s garbage outside the establishment and remarked that they should send a staff member... out to tidy up. I was truly shocked by the state of the washroom, and imagined there had been a recent plumbing issue. But thenI sat down with my breakfast and noticed the entire place was filthy! So filthy I could easily imagine I was the only one tohave wiped my table in hours, (if not days!) The fingerprints and grime on the windows, the state of the floors! AND mybreakfast muffin was pale and dry just like the ones they use in all those ?other guys? commercials! Ugh! Seriously, by thelooks of previous comments it?s been this way here for a long time!
