Stopped here while we were in the area for dinner. No reservations around 5:00 on a Saturday evening. Nice "Supper club"... atmosphere. We were able to get seated pretty quickly, but it seemed like we may have been lucky in that regard without areservation. Steaks are all the same price, a novel idea, adjusted for quality merely by weight of the cut. It's around $34 ifyou cook it yourself on their large charcoal grill area, two bucks extra if you have them cook it. The salad bar, which wasfresh and good but smaller, is included and all you care to eat. My wife got the filet, I the sirloin 20-22oz), and our youngestthe kids burger. Everything was good, flavor of the steak was very good, but being a sirloin was a bit over done and not tootender. That said, it's a sirloin after all. The filet didn't have the same characteristics, being a smaller, higher qualitycut. Definitely will be back, but maybe I'll go with a strip next time. Update: I went with the Kansas City strip on anothertrip. I found it to be very juicy, flavorful, and as tender as you would expect from this cut. I also had the seasonings addedthis time. It's basically Montreal steak seasoning, good but a little over powering for my taste. I may revert back to theunseasoned selection on my next visit, but there is bound to be a next visit! Read more

I have always liked this place. Atmosphere and food, great choices of meats. Even now after COVID. I don't go a lot but once... or twice a year special nights out, or a meeting place with friends. My only concern is that I picked up the metal tongs andthey were full of melted butter I had to go wash my hands a couple times while cooking. Maybe change them out for clean onesevery couple hours and make sure the waitresses pre-bus their tables! 4 of us sat surrounded by dirty plates even after thewaitress stopped to get drink refills. Another woman cleared it for us on her own???? That is all. Otherwise I truly enjoy thisplace ???????????? Read more

When you?re paying for good food and atmosphere you expect good service too. My experience was not so good. The waitress was... very busy and nice, but unable to provide the quality of service that I expect for this type of place. Food was prepared wellby chef, but my friend requested Medium-rare and the waitress miscommunicated to the chef so our dinners were not ready at thesame time. Awkward dinner when that occurs. Management should have comped us a drink or dessert for that error. Read more

Great place with excellent steaks. Grill your own steak and Texas toast. Or you can pay a small fee for them to cook it. Salad... bar was not huge but was jammed full. Perfectly cooked baked potatoes! Read more

It's an open grill steakhouse with a cook your own steak option. the price has increased dramatically. We had a party of 4 no... alcohol and the bill was $259. The atmosphere is a bit dated. The wait staff is professional. It's worth the trip just not veryoften. Read more

I have eaten at the Prime Quarter once a year for the past many years and it is always an excellent experience. Tonight our... waitress Emily was astonishing. It starts with the greatest salad bar in the tri-county area. We then graduated to ourbeverages. I had the merlot. When the steak arrived it was the trifecta. I enjoyed the T-Bone tonight with French fries. Thankyou so much for everything once again! Read more

I have always loved coming here. The food is always so good, and it's so cool to stand around this giant grill and make your own... steak. I love the salad bar, and especially the toast! We have come together now for our anniversaries and Valentine's days. Can't wait to go again! Read more
